The financial coordinator explained everything clearly and made the process very easy. Stephanie, the hygienist, along with the X‑ray technician, Melinda, did an excellent job as well. I have visited many dental offices in the past, but this has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The advanced technology, high-quality equipment, and impressive techniques used in your office show the high standard of care you provide. I had the absolute best experience at Woodbridge Dental in Wylie. Every single staff member was so personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 10 years and was extremely nervous—and honestly embarrassed—about the condition of my teeth. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly encouraging and reassuring. Not once did I feel judged or made to feel bad about neglecting my oral care. Saira did my X-rays and was so efficient and easy to talk to—it truly felt like catching up with an old friend. Rachel, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Beverly both took so much time explaining every detail of my dental and gum health. They recommended a deep cleaning without any pressure and clearly explained costs upfront, helping me make an informed decision that addressed my needs while keeping my budget in mind. They even listened to and worked with me on my anesthesia preferences, which no other dentist has ever done for me before. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous. She performed my deep cleaning, and it was such a comfortable experience. She even turned on a space heater when I mentioned I was cold! She gave clear aftercare instructions, which I followed, and my teeth and gums feel amazing the very next day. Dr. Beverly was equally wonderful—she did not rush, took her time explaining everything, and was so friendly and kind. She didn’t make me feel bad at all for the years I missed dental care and was genuinely enthusiastic that I was there. So happy to have found a new dentist! I was so nervous going into this appointment, especially about the deep cleaning, but the entire process was amazing because of the incredible staff. I’m so grateful to have found a dental office where I feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. I can’t recommend Woodbridge Dental enough.
